The Psychic hat is a Tier 80 magic helmet and is a part of the Psychic set, which requires 80 magic and 70 defence to wear.

Players can attach a Psychic ornament kit to create Psychic hat (t) or a Psychic xmas kit to make a Festive Psychic hat to these for a comestic look with no added bonuses.

In these states they become untradable but can reverted receiving both Psychic hat and the kit back.

Psychic set effect: 20% damage & 15% accuracy increase.
